主旨:為進行114年度校區水塔清洗作業,檢附水塔清洗排程表,請留意停水日期及因應配合,請查照。
依據:依本校114年5月22日政總字第1140015716號公告辦理。
公告事項:
一、為進行114年度校區水塔清洗作業,謹預先排定各大樓水塔清洗作業日期有調整:
(1)自強七八舍調整為114年8月18日(一)。
(2)莊敬內舍FRP水池調整為114年8月1日(五)。
(3)商學院、逸仙樓調整為114年8月2日(六)。
(4)自強一二三舍調整為114年8月7日(四)。
二、本校其餘各棟建築水塔清洗作業時間不變(詳附件),如遇颱風天等天候惡劣因素導致無法如
期施工,將另公告日期。
三、各棟清洗水塔當日請當棟管理人員協助開啟門禁,供廠商進場施作(請確認廠商是否配戴蓋
有本組圓戳章之識別證)。
四、水塔清洗當日浴廁及飲水機將停水或間歇性停水,停水即恢復供水時間依當日水塔清洗順序
及清洗完成時間而定,正常情況下不會整日停水。
五、停水期間請勿開啟水龍頭,以免汙水入造成氣塞。恢復供水後水龍頭等請先放流數分鐘,待
髒水排放乾淨後再行使用。
六、請相關業管單位於停水前,確認飲水機設備是否已確實關閉,並於水塔清洗完成且正常供水
後,再提供飲水機設備使用。
七、停水可能造成建物的揚水馬達於復水時,無法自動復歸啟動打水供應水池,導致盥洗缺水或
飲水機缺水,請各業管人員務必於復水後,巡檢建物水池與供水狀況,如遇有故障情形請即
時報修相關設備。
八、請各單位依業務權責將本公告及所屬棟之排程表張貼於公布欄或其他可公告周知之場所。本
公告如有未盡事宜,請依業務權責自行調整惠予因應配合宣達事項。

Announcement:
Ⅰ.In order to carry out the 2015 campus water tower cleaning operation, we would like to
pre-arrange the work schedule for each building and library. Please note that the following
related building water tower cleaning operations have been adjusted in this
announcement:
(1)Ziqiang Dormitory 7 and 8 were adjusted to August 18, 2025 (一)。
(2)The FRP pool in Zhuangjing Neishe was adjusted to August 1, 2025 (五)。
(3)The dates of the School of Business and Yixian Building are adjusted to August 2, 2025 (六)。
(4)Ziqiang Dormitory 1, 2 and 3 will be rescheduled to August 7, 2015 (四)。
Ⅱ.The cleaning schedule for the water towers in the remaining buildings of our school remains
unchanged (see the attachment). If typhoons or other bad weather conditions prevent the
construction from proceeding as scheduled, another date will be announced.
Ⅲ.On the day of cleaning the water towers in each building, please ask the building
manager to assist in opening the access control to allow the vendors to enter the site for
work (please confirm whether the vendors are wearing identification cards with our
circular stamp).
Ⅳ.On the day of water tower cleaning, thr water supply to bathrooms and water dispensers
will be cut off or intermittent. The time of water cut-off and water supply resumption
depends on the order of water tower cleaning and the time of cleaning completion.Under
normal circumstances,the water supply will not be cut off for the whole day.
Ⅴ.Please do not open the faucet during the water outage to avoid sewage entering and causing
air blockage. After the water supply is restored, please let the faucet run for a few minutes
and wait until the dirty water is drained before using it.
Ⅵ.Please ask the relevant management units to confirm whether the water dispenser
equipment has been shut down before the water supply is cut off, and provide the water
dispenser equipment for use after the water tower is cleaned and the water supply is normal.
Ⅶ.Water outage may cause the building's pumping motor to be unable to automatically resume
and start pumping water to the pool when water is restored, resulting in a lack of water
for washbasins or water dispensers. All property management personnel must inspect the
building's pool and water supply conditions after water is restored. If any malfunction is
found, please report the relevant equipment for repair immediately.
Ⅷ.Each unit shall post this announcement and the schedule of its building on the bulletin
board or other places where it can be announced to the public according to its business
responsibilities. If there are any matters not covered in this announcement, please adjust
them according to your business responsibilities to coordinate the matters.
