綜合院館8樓露臺遮陽板修復工程說明
一、緣起
綜合院館8樓露台遮陽板因113年10月30日康芮颱風來襲，外部鋼板局部飛落，其它固定件亦有墜落風險，故封閉下方2樓平台出入口，並進行現勘評估修復工法。
二、現階段處理方式
綜合院館2樓出入口已封閉，改由一樓進出，以確保通行安全，動線詳如附件。
三、未來處理方式
經現勘判斷，露台遮陽板之骨架係由基礎至8 樓之鋼構結構、外包金屬板、以鐵件及填縫材固定、內部中空，為避免風雨持續惡化其它固定件、仍以修復遮陽板為宜；暫估採搭架方式施工，並加固處理其它零件，預估委託設計監造及工程發包順利，可於今年10月前完成修復。施工期間，將視機具進出動線，調整封閉區域，屆時再另行公告。造成不便、懇請見諒。

【Notice】Repair Work on Canopy at 8th Floor Terrace, General Building of Colleges
I. Background
On October 30, 2024, Typhoon Kong-rey caused significant damage to the canopy at the 8th-floor terrace of the General Building of Colleges. External steel plates were partially dislodged, and several fasteners are now at risk of falling. The entrance to the 2nd-floor platform below the canopy has been temporarily closed, and a thorough on-site inspection has been conducted to evaluate the necessary repair measures.
II. Current Measures
For everyone’s safety, the entrance to the 2nd floor of the General Building of Colleges has been closed. Access to the building is currently available through the 1st floor, as shown in the attached document.
III. Future Measures
Based on the on-site inspection, the canopy's frame is a steel structure that extends from the foundation to the 8th floor, with external metal plates fixed by iron components and sealant, and a hollow interior. To prevent further damage from wind and rain, the canopy will be repaired. A scaffolding method is tentatively planned for the construction, with reinforcement of other components. If all tendering processes proceed smoothly, the repairs are expected to be completed by October this year. During the construction period, the closed areas will be adjusted according to the movement of machinery and equipment, and notices will be issued as necessary to provide updates."
