公告主旨：為維持本校電信總機功能運轉順暢，訂於115年1月30日、1月31日實施全校電話交換主機停機保養，施作內容如公告事項

          ，停機期間將影響本校分機內外電話通聯，請勿排定需用電話聯繫之業務與活動，不便之處敬請見諒！

依據：115年度本校電信整合系統維護合約，需求及規範説明書伍、維護辦法與規範第1項第3款辦理。

公告事項：

• 昊鋒電訊廠商預定之保養日期為115年1月30日~31日，施行保養日期為1.5天，廠商會加派人力進行保養，相關影響範圍等說明如下：

(一)、保養日期：1月30日（星期五) 下午5時30到下午10時，保養設備為「綜院大樓交換機」。影響範圍為「綜合院館電話分機

      、綜合院館之緊急話機」，對校內外通聯停止使用。其他大樓不受影響。

(二)、保養日期：1月31日（星期六) 上午8時到上午12時，保養設備為「商學院大樓交換機」。「商學院館大樓、研究大樓、社

      資中心、學思樓、逸仙樓、志希樓、實小附設幼稚園、游泳池等大樓電話分機、緊急話機」，對校內外通聯停止使用。其

      他大樓不受影響。

(三)、保養日期：1月31日（星期六）下午3時到下午9時，保養設備為「行政大樓總交換機」。影響範圍為「全校所有電話分機

     （含政大網及玫苑宿舍、緊急話機）」，對校內外通聯全部停止使用。

(四)、身心健康中心大樓及其他宿舍區所使用之中華電信Centrex系統分機對外通聯不受影響。

(五)、於1月31日行政大樓主要交換總機保養期間，井塘樓、百年樓、國際大樓戶外等3台電梯車廂內緊急電話將無法使用，請使

      用單位事先周知。

※相關業務單位於安排各項活動時，儘量避開上述保養期間，請各單位依業務權責自行調整宣達事項。如有緊急事宜，請洽總務

  處營繕組鄭君儀小姐（分機62115）。

Scheduled Telephony System Shutdown for Maintenance

    Ⅰ   Schedule and Impact Areas

1. 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Friday, January 30, 2026

                  Telephony PBX system and emergency phones in the General Building of Colleges.

2. 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Saturday, January 31, 2026.

                 Telephony PBX system and emergency phones in College of Commerce Building, Research Building, Social Science Information Center, Syue Sih Building,

                 Yi Xian Building, Jhi Xi Building, Affiliated Experimental Preschool,Swimming pool.

3. 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Saturday, January 31, 2026.

                  Telephony PBX system and emergency phones across the entire campus, including NCCU Net and Mei Yuan.

 Ⅱ   The maintenance will affect the entire campus, excluding the Health Center and other dormitory areas.

   Ⅲ         During the main switchboard maintenance on January31, emergency telephones in the outdoor elevator compartments of the Jing Tang Building,

         Bai Nian Building,and International Building will not be operational. We kindly ask that the relevant units disseminate this information to the public.

  Ⅳ       We recommend that no activities be scheduled during the specified periods. If there are any issues not covered in this announcement, please disseminate the

        adjusted announcement according to your authority and responsibility. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding

        and cooperation.
