「研究大樓建物外牆修繕防水工程」已於115年1月5日決標,施工廠商為昌鴻營造有限公司,監造單位為謝明諭建築師事務所。施工廠商暫訂於115年1月26日開始進場,工期210日曆天,期間配合天候情形與學校教學考試活動調整進場施作。
本校研究所考試期間(115年2月5日-6日)、中正大學研究所考試期間(115年2月11日)停止施工。
外牆敲除磁磚時將產生較大震動與噪音,請緊閉門窗降低噪音干擾及粉塵進入。暫定115年3月底前敲除完成。
出入口動線:施工架搭設時將保留人員無障礙出入動線,人員進出研究大樓由大門進出,封閉左側與右側小門。
學思樓與研究大樓中央通道靠研究大樓側將作為機具材料暫置空間,並於臨學思樓側留設人行通道。施工期間,研究大樓側之腳踏車架與公務機車停放區暫時停止使用,請相關人員於施工前自行遷移,施工期間總務處不負保管責任。

Construction Notice – Research Building Exterior Wall Repair and Waterproofing Project The Research Building Exterior Wall Repair and Waterproofing Project was awarded on January 5, 2026. The contractor is Chang Hong Construction Co., Ltd.,and the construction supervision firm is Hsieh Ming-Yu Architects. The contractor is tentatively scheduled to mobilize on January 26, 2026, with a construction period of 210 calendar days. The construction schedule will be adjusted as necessary in coordination with weather conditions and the University’s teaching and examination activities. During the Institute Entrance Examination period of this University (February 5–6, 2026) and the Institute Entrance Examination period of National Chung Cheng University (February 11, 2026), construction will be suspended. The removal of exterior wall tiles will generate significant vibration and noise. Please keep doors and windows tightly closed to reduce noise disturbance and prevent dust from entering. Tile removal is tentatively scheduled to be completed by the end of March, 2026. Access and circulation: During the erection of scaffolding, barrier-free access routes for pedestrians will be maintained. Entry and exit to the Research Building will be through the main entrance only; the left and right side doors will be closed. The central passage between the Xuesi Building and the Research Building (on the Research Building side) will be used as a temporary staging area for equipment and materials, while a pedestrian walkway will be maintained on the Xuesi Building side. During the construction period, the bicycle racks and official motorcycle parking area on the Research Building side will be temporarily closed. Users are requested to relocate their bicycles and motorcycles before construction begins. During the construction period, the General Affairs Office will not be responsible for safekeeping.
